Müptelal

The day begins with an extended breakfast service, while gourmet sandwiches crafted by the chefs and an impressive dessert selection take center stage at lunch. Located within The Bodrum Edition, one of Bodrum’s leading intersections of luxury hospitality and gastronomy, Daha offers a contemporary interpretation of Anatolian cuisine under the direction of Chef Mehmet Akdağ. The menu draws inspiration from recipes across Türkiye, reimagining them through open-fire cooking techniques and refined presentations. This approach transforms traditional flavors into a more layered and modern dining experience while placing local ingredients at the center of the concept. Lucca Beach Bodrum

Lucca Beach Bodrum, the summer extension of Istanbul’s iconic dining and entertainment brand Lucca, is welcoming guests at an entirely new address this season. After years of becoming a landmark in Cennet Bay, the venue has relocated to the secluded shores of Demirbükü Bay. To facilitate access by sea, a private boat shuttle operates between Türkbükü and Demirbükü. The new location combines a beach club, a sophisticated restaurant, and an innovative wellness concept. This summer, Susona Bodrum is hosting Monteverdi, one of Istanbul’s beloved Italian restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide, as a special pop-up concept. Running from June 15 to July 15, the restaurant brings its contemporary interpretation of Italy’s rich culinary heritage to the Aegean coast. Named after Baroque composer Claudio Monteverdi, the venue is led by Chef Nicole Scandella and centers its philosophy around seasonality and sustainability. One of Bodrum’s signature restaurants and a Michelin Guide-listed venue, Malva returns home this summer after relocating to Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.
