Vacheron Constantin introduced the first minute repeater watch in its Overseas collection: Overseas Grand Complication Openface.
Celebrating its 270th anniversary this year and having introduced the world’s most complicated wristwatch Les Cabinotiers Solaria Ultra Grand Complication – La Première at Watches and Wonders 2025, Vacheron Constantin has now added a minute repeater model to the Overseas line for the first time: Overseas Grand Complication Openface.

At the heart of the watch is the hand-wound Caliber 2755 QP, composed of 602 components. Originally developed in 2005, this highly complicated movement underwent approximately a year and a half of further development to be integrated into the new model. The caseback has been completely redesigned, yet the elegant contours characteristic of the Overseas collection have been preserved. The movement, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, offers a power reserve of 58 hours and beats at a frequency of 18,000 VpH.

Presented with a sporty and contemporary spirit, the Overseas Grand Complication Openface comes in a 44.5 mm Grade 5 titanium case. Its openworked dial, which reveals the beauty of the movement, features three subdials displaying the day of the week, month, and date. These indicators are framed by blue-coated rings. At the 6 o’clock position, the tourbillon cage is prominently displayed.

The final touches include a brushed titanium bracelet with a folding clasp. The watch also comes with easily interchangeable straps—one in blue calfskin leather and another in blue rubber.
