The Newest Cars of 2026
2026 will be the year of brand-new cars, from domestic production to electric revolutions.
At the IAA Mobility 2025, which opened its doors on September 9 in Munich, Germany, the winds of Turkey blew. In addition to the world premiere of the Togg T10F, the new Renault Clio, which will be produced in Bursa, and Hyundai’s new model, the Concept THREE, which will be produced in Adapazarı, were also unveiled at the fair. All these innovations point to the new cars we will see on the roads in 2026. Here are the newest cars of 2026!
Car shows are not dead; they have only changed form. Replacing the long-standing Frankfurt Motor Show, IAA Mobility opened its doors in Munich for the third time after the pandemic. The fair, which for years was dominated by German brands, this time included innovations closely concerning Turkey. Most importantly, the domestic brand Togg both launched the T10F worldwide and announced that the T10X, which it put on sale in the European market, received 5 stars from EuroNCAP. Simultaneously, it was announced that the Togg T10F was also awarded 5 stars by an independent safety organization.

Togg T10F: First Unveiled to the World
While sales of the Togg T10X, sold in Turkey since 2023, began in Germany simultaneously with the IAA Mobility 2025, the world premiere of the brand’s second mass production model, the Togg T10F, was also held. Togg’s new model, the T10F, will be available for pre-order in Turkey on September 15 and in Germany on September 29.

Renault Clio: This Time It Will Be Produced in Bursa!
Currently produced in Bursa, the Renault Clio will also be manufactured at Oyak-Renault’s factory in its sixth generation. The new 2026 Renault Clio has undergone a comprehensive design change. With its narrow headlights and elevations starting from the radiator grille, the Clio looks more aggressive, while its C-shaped daytime running lights and diamond-pattern decorations both reflect the brand’s new design character and add a more dynamic expression.

A dramatically rising shoulder line combined with the roof’s steep drop at the C-pillar creates a more coupe-like style than ever. Hidden rear door handles in the C-pillars and the short rear bumper-to-wheel distance also reference GT cars. The separate taillight groups consisting of two different elements further support this effect.

With its fender claddings, the new Clio begins to offer the SUV flair of French rivals like the Citroen C3 and Peugeot 208. Inside, it features the screens and design details of recent Renault models. Enlarged up to 10 inches, the displays, the e-shifter automatic transmission lever, numerous compartments, and storage spaces make the new Clio a companion suitable for everyday life.

The seats, made entirely of recycled textiles, offer high lateral support in the Esprit Alpine trim. LED strip door interior lighting is also completely new equipment. Engine options will include a 160-horsepower full hybrid, a 115-horsepower gasoline, and a 120-horsepower LPG version. The new Renault Clio will be available in Turkey in 2026.

Hyundai Concept THREE: Its Name Will Be IONIC 3
Preparing to offer the electric version of every model in Europe by 2027 and to launch 21 new electric vehicles worldwide by 2030, Hyundai also assigns Turkey a role in this strategy. Introduced at the IAA Mobility 2025, the Hyundai Concept THREE provides hints of how the IONIC 3, to be produced at Hyundai’s factory in Turkey, will look.

Concept THREE features Hyundai’s new design language called “Art of Steel.” This approach combines the strength of steel with sculptural forms to highlight both aerodynamic efficiency and aesthetics. According to this design philosophy, spiraling forms with three main surfaces, fluid lines, and a vertical tailgate provide practical use in the city, while parametric pixel lighting delivers a digital and modern visual rhythm. Scheduled to hit the roads in mid-2026, the Hyundai IONIC 3 will be designed according to this approach and is expected to reach significant sales figures in Turkey.

Mercedes-Benz GLC: The Most Popular Goes Electric
The GLC, Mercedes-Benz’s most sold model worldwide together with the E-Class, was completely renewed and took its place at IAA Mobility 2025. The brand’s first-ever fully illuminated front grille, which we will see on other models as well, salutes the chrome radiator grilles of the past. In addition to advanced driving aids, the Hyperscreen extending across the entire dashboard is also new.

Depending on the trim level, the GLC interior can be ordered with an uninterrupted screen extending between the two doors. Lower trims also feature screens, but none look as striking as the Hyperscreen. Thanks to its 800V architecture, the new Mercedes GLC offers up to 330 kW fast charging, providing a range of up to 300 kilometers in just 10 minutes. With a usable capacity of 94 kWh nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) battery, it achieves a total range of up to 713 kilometers. The new GLC will be available for purchase starting from the first quarter of 2026.

BMW iX3: Hello Neue Klasse!
The Neue Klasse, which saved BMW from bankruptcy in the 1960s, is back after 60 years. But this time in a new form, symbolizing the brand’s transformation. This new Neue Klasse, or “New Class” concept, combines radical but nostalgic elements in the new electric-focused design shift. The first production example of this philosophy, the BMW iX3, was introduced at the IAA Mobility 2025 and will first arrive in Turkey in the second quarter of 2026 with the iX3 50 xDrive version.

The new BMW iX3 showcases the brand’s new face with its vertical kidney grilles and illuminated design details instead of chrome. Despite its upright front, it boasts an excellent aerodynamic coefficient of 0.24 Cd. Inside, cockpit lines flow into the door panels, creating an integrated space, while large windows and a panoramic roof add extra spaciousness.

Equipped with sixth-generation BMW eDrive technology, the new BMW iX3 offers up to 805 kilometers of range thanks to its 108.7 kWh cylindrical cell battery. With 400 kW ultra-fast charging capacity, it provides up to 372 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes, while its bidirectional charging feature (V2L, V2H, V2G) transforms the car into a mobile power bank.

MINI JCW x Deus Ex Machina: A Fantastic Duo
MINI brought two new concepts to IAA Mobility 2025. Reinterpreting the motorsport heritage and customization culture of BMW-owned MINI, the duo includes the electric “The Skeg,” producing 258 horsepower, and thanks to fiberglass panels reducing weight by 15%, increasing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. “The Machina,” on the other hand, offers 231 horsepower with its internal combustion engine, showing what the understanding of cars might look like in the new era.

The new collection from the collaboration between MINI and Deus Ex Machina was also launched with these concepts. Both cars celebrate the “beauty of imperfection” with a raw and handmade approach, prioritizing authenticity over gloss. Visible stitching, striking switches, and traditional levers emphasize the mechanical character of the cockpit. Exterior designs with numbers, geometric elements, and bright colors pay homage to MINI’s racing history.

Audi Concept C: TT Returns
Volkswagen Group made a show with each of its brands at IAA Mobility 2025. Among the highlights, the Audi Concept C symbolizes the return of the Audi TT, while also hinting at how the electric Porsche Boxster and Cayman might look.

Thanks to its 800V electric architecture, ultra-fast charging will be possible in these models. The new Audi TT (likely to be named so), instead of 2026, will hit the roads in 2027, featuring design philosophies called “Radical Simplicity” and “Shy Tech.”

The latest technologies will present themselves with discreet simplicity, “disturbing” passengers only when necessary. Thus, performance and comfort can be experienced in tranquility. The Audi Concept C also has a sloping roof hidden under its hump.

Porsche 911 Turbo S: The Legend Now Hybrid-Supported
The newest model in Porsche’s 75-year history, the 911 Turbo S, stands out with its hybrid-assisted twin-turbo engine, innovative air ducts that increase aerodynamic efficiency, and advanced suspension system.
The 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S, now the most powerful 911 ever, boasts a total of 711 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and completes 0 to 200 km/h in 8.4 seconds. On the Nürburgring Nordschleife, it set a lap time of 7:03.92, 14 seconds faster than its predecessor. With a design reminiscent of the Citroen C3 Aircross, the Volkswagen ID.CROSS Concept will position itself between SUV models like the T-Cross and Taigo.

VW announced that its affordable electric car will look like the ID.EVERY1. Expected to be launched in Europe around 2027 at a price level of €20,000, it will compete with European rivals like the Renault Twingo and Citroen C3, as well as respond to strong competition from China.

Volkswagen ID.Polo: The Name Doesn’t Die, It Evolves
Giving the ID name to all its electric models and implying that they may replace existing models, Volkswagen apparently changed this risky strategy. As understood from the Volkswagen ID.Polo announced at IAA Mobility 2025, the legendary internal combustion model series will also have electric versions. The first of these seems to be the Polo. The new electric Polo will hit the roads in 2026. Looking at the data of its 223-horsepower GTI version, its 0-100 km/h acceleration will be around 7 seconds, with a range of up to 450 kilometers. The target price will be around €25,000.

Skoda Vision O: Striking SW
With the Vision O, Skoda showcased the future of its station wagons, or “combi” models, at IAA Mobility 2025. Demonstrating the evolution of the “Modern Solid” design language, the Vision O appears to be the new Octavia. Measuring 4850 mm in length, 1900 mm in width, and 1500 mm in height, the Vision O has a wide and aerodynamic profile. The concept car’s design includes active shutters in the front grille, side air channels that facilitate airflow, aerodynamically shaped wheels, and retractable door handles, all contributing to maximum aerodynamics.

As with many Skoda models, the Skoda Vision O offers a spacious trunk. With more than 650 liters of cargo capacity (up to 1,700 liters with foldable seats), it emphasizes maximum practicality, simplicity, and spaciousness, characterized by a minimalist design.

Leapmotor B05: Watch Out Golf!
The Chinese Leapmotor B05, expected to rival the Volkswagen Golf, will hit European roads in 2026 with a starting price of around €30,000. Although not all technical data has been disclosed, it is expected to deliver over 200 horsepower from its electric motor and a range exceeding 400 km. With Leapmotor joining Stellantis Group, if production begins in Europe, the market could get shaken after 2026.
