German luxury watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne has introduced three new watches from the Langematik, Saxoina and Cabaret Tourbillion lines.

Lange & Söhne timepieces are known with their precision and expert craftmanship. In Watches & Wonders week, Mehmet Çelik had written an article about A. Lange & Söhne’s watches in which he explained that the brand looks more like a stubborn and extremely talented person who never gives up and knows how to deal with any challenge.  Later on, he introduced novelties of A. Lange & Söhne.  Now as watch editors, we are excited about writing the new timepieces that the brand has just announced. Let us take a glance at these new three timepieces.

Our watches must be classic and understated in looks, sleek, useful, and essentially German in nature.

Langematik Perpetual

The precision of displaying time may be the first feature to be expected from a German brand, that is why, we can start the Langematik Perpetual line. In March 2001, when the Langematik Perpetual was first introduced, it was the first and only self-winding watch to be equipped with a perpetual calendar, the brand’s iconic large date display, ZERO-RESET function and a main corrector that advances all calendar indicators simultaneously. On the occasion of its 20th birthday, the model comes with the same meticulousness and in pink gold or white gold, each in a 50-watch limited edition.

In both versions, the blue dial is crafted from solid silver. The Roman numerals stand out against in the dark background. The large date display is most prominent as the most important element. The left sub-dial displays the day of the week, and the right sub-dial displays the month. Once the watch is correctly set, a manual adjustment of the date is not needed until the year 2100. The self-winding calibre features ZERO-RESET mechanism. When the crown is pulled, the balance wheel stops and the seconds hand jumps to the zero position. It ensures power reserve of 46 hours. The case has a diameter of 38.5 mm.
