Sex and the City returns for a 10-episode season and with a new name: And Just Like That

Do you remember the times that Carrie Bradshaw says, “I couldn’t help but wonder”? As you know, Carrie loves to wonder and therefore there were so many times that she wonders. As I wrote these words, I couldn’t help but wonder – just like Carrie- about new episodes of And Just Like That…

Carrie Bradshaw, one of the popular newspaper columnists of NY, who loves to wonder about many things, returns to the streets of Manhattan by wearing her favorite heels and takes her best two friends, Miranda and Charlotte, with her. Are the Cosmopolitans ready for a short trip to the world of Sex and the City?

“Maybe our girlfriends are our soulmates and guys are just people to have fun with.”

The series premiered in 1998 and concluded in 2004. Later on, it spawned two features’ films, Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). The series examines male-female relations, cosmopolitans city life through friendship of four successful and career women live in Manhattan. With 54 Emmy nominations and 7 Emmy Awards, the series has become one of the cult productions that sheds light on modern women’s life and sometimes even gives clues for real life.

Let us remember this group of four women: Carrie is a newspaper columnist that writing about relationships and sex; Samantha is most sexually confident of group and a businesswoman; the lawyer Miranda is cynical views on relationships and men; Charlotte works in an art gallery and most romantic woman of group. The love life of these four women is quite complex, just like the city and just like the life… In the new episodes, we will watch them in 50s. I am looking forward to what Carrie will write about all those issues as a mature woman.
