Nowadays, automotive sector is included in the electric current and sustainable technologies are moving on four wheels on highways, many brands are pointing out the dates that they will switch to the production of only electric cars.
Swedish automotive giant Volvo will bid farewell to all internal combustion engines as of, at least the leader brands statements and targets are in this direction. While there is a lots of time until 2030, Volvo continues to reflect effects of electric current on the brand. New model C40 Recharge, which is updated version of the XC40 without the X, can be described as the powerful brother of the XC40. The C40 seems to be closer to coupé models in terms of the design.
The new design is 7 inches closer to the ground than its predecessor that adds a more sporty style to the design. Like the XC40, the C40 will be launched with a twin-engine AWD installation. The design can completes the 0-100 km / h acceleration in less than 5 seconds and can produce 408 horsepower and 660 nm torc. It is one of the footnotes that vehicle can reach range of around 420 km with full-charged and can record a longer range thanks to software updates over the air. Volvo have a fast and eco-friendly entrance into year 2021, will introduce five new EV model until 2025.
