Jewelry and watch brand Jacob & Co. designed the world’s highest residential tower in the world with Dubai real estate developer Burj Binghatti.
No doubt that we are familiar with all kinds of collaborations in high watchmaking. However, Jacob & Co.’s residential tower with Dubai real estate developer Burj Binghatti is a little different from all the collaborations hat we have seen. The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. is set to break the record for the highest residential tower in the world.
The 103-story Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co., which is planned to be 557 meters high, surpassing New York’s famous skyscraper Central Park, which is 472.4 meters high, brings a new dimension to luxury residential architecture with its villas and mansions. Built in the Business Bay area, where the heart of Dubai’s financial life beats, the skyscraper is inspired by the world of horology and jewelry represented by Jacob & Co. with its infinity pool overlooking the entire Dubai skyline. The diamond-shaped towers at the top of the skyscraper refer to the jeweled designs of Jacob & Co.
We were inspired by complex horological mechanisms of Jacob & Co. watches and integrated them into the basic elements of the skyscraper. The diamond-shaped towers at the top of the tower resemble a real crown, a uniquely refined ornamentation inspired by the design of Jacob & Co.’s finely cut jewels.

Binghatti and Jacob & Co. are currently accepting nominations from clients interested in buying a home. The purchase process will be carried out in a customized procedure. Although neither brand has made a direct statement about the prices of the houses, according to some news sites, it is estimated that they will be offered for sale starting from 2.1 million dollars.
