2022 Geneva Time Days Have Started!

We give the general details of the third year of the watch fair.

Two years ago, we announced the first leg of Geneva Watch Days on these pages. Established under the leadership of Bvlgari, the alternative watch fair to Watches and Wonders is being held for the third time this year. We will announce the prominent models among the watches introduced at the fair on our website and Instagram between 29 August-1 September. Before the first models, let’s give general information about the fair:

*Geneva Time Days will last until 1 September. After the official opening organized by the Canton of Geneva, visitors will be able to tour the area from Tuesday, August 30 until Thursday, September 1, at 6 PM. Visiting hours of the fair are 13.00-18.00.

* At the fair held at Quai du Mont Blanc, visitors will be able to participate in guided tours that will be held every day at 13.00 if they want to experience the watches of the participating brands through the eyes of an expert. Those who cannot participate in the guided tours will be able to watch the daily TV program live from WorldTempus.com’s boat moored in the lake next to the fairground. GMT watch magazine will also hold a special invitation.

*The watches of 33 brands will be introduced at the fairground and in various hotels, workshops and boutiques. The list of these brands is as follows: Breitling, Bulgari, De Bethune, H. Moser & Cie., MB&F, Ulysse Nardin, Urwerk, Jacob & Co, Arnold & Son, Corum, Doxa, Frederique Constant Group, Greubel Forsey, Maurice Lacroix, Oris , Phillips, Reuge, Alpina, Angelus, Atelier de Monaco, Bianchet, Czapek, Louis Erard, Beauregard, Byrne, Chaykin, Hautlence, HYT, Krayon, Claude Meylan, Raketa, Singer, Trilobe.

*Many speeches and conferences will be held this week. The highlights are as follows:

The conferences will be chaired by Wei Koh, founder of Revolution, one of the most important publications in the industry.

30 August 17.00 “Legends of independent watchmaking” (moderated by Wei Koh, participants: Independent watchmakers Felix Baumgartner, Max Büsser, Denis Flageollet, Vianney Halter, Rexhep Rexhepi and Kari Voutilainen)

31 August 17.00 “Bulgari Octo Finissimo, the new icon” (moderated by Wei Koh, attendees include Bulgari CEO and designer: Jean-Christophe Babin, Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani, Auro Montanari, Laurent Picciotto, Antoine Pin and Ahmed “Shary” Rahman)

1 September 16.00 “Next generation watchmaking leadership” (moderated by Wei Koh, will focus on the emergence of a new generation of leaders with Benjamin Arabov, Jean Arnault, Victoire Halter, Benjamin Kuffer and new generation watchmakers Alexandre Mille).
