Nike announced the acquisition of RTFTK, which is a company that produces virtual wearable clothing for metaverse. Furthermore, that company previously sold sneakers matched with virtual ones for $3.1 million in just 6 minutes. Nike’s main goal is to offer new generation collections that bring culture and gamin together in the metaverse with NFTs.
Although it is obvious that stepping into metaverse is a profitable investment, details of acquisition have not been announced yet.
