New Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin
Vacheron Constantin unveils its new Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin series, featuring two distinct models.
This year, Vacheron Constantin celebrates its 270th anniversary. Since the beginning of the year, the brand has introduced a range of innovations, from the stainless steel Historiques 222 to the world’s most complicated wristwatch, the Les Cabinotiers Solaria Ultra Grand Complication. Approaching three centuries of history, Vacheron Constantin’s latest innovation is the new Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, presented in an ultra-thin case.
The Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin collection includes two different models, both designed with a diameter of 41.5 mm and a thickness of 8.1 mm. One model features a pink gold case, while the other comes in white gold. The white gold model is paired with a burgundy dial, while the pink gold model is complemented by a matching pink gold dial. At 6 o’clock, the watch displays the moon phases, and at 12, 3, and 9 o’clock, it features indicators for the month, date, and day of the week, respectively.
The watch is powered by the Calibre 1120 QP/1. The movement offers a 40-hour power reserve and operates at a frequency of 19,800 vibrations per hour. The automatic mechanism provides accuracy that requires no adjustment until the year 2100.
