Aston Martin collaborated with S3 Architecture for its first house in New York – Hudson Valley.
British automobile manufacturer Aston Martin’s each handmade cars have a unique aesthetic. Aston Martin is a brand that famous with its perfect British style and craftmanship, also its designs are not limited to only automobiles: An Airbus ACH130 Aston Martin helicopter, AMB 001 motorcycle, and an extraordinary Aston Martin Miami Residence are some of the brand’s designs outside of the automotive industry. Now, brand adds a new design to its list and announced its first house. It could be enjoyful to read this article over a cup of English tea.
Slyvan Rock was designed in collaboration with famous firm S3 Architecture. It set on New York’s gren Hudson Valley. The magnificent building is far away only two hours from Mannathan; can be felt far from hustle and bustle of city thanks to its location on Hudson River bank and huge trees that surrounding it. Christopher Dierig, one of the architects of house, says that they firstly have listened sound of land when they designed house. The structure of roof takes it shape from cliffs on the valley. Thus, luxury aesthetics includes privacy of the rural nature. You can feel that you are in touch with nature thanks to windows that almost covered each side of house. Besides, you can watch lush garden from lounge, pool view from the other rooms and the mountain view from bedrrom. Interior design of rooms (parquet floors and chocolate color cabinets) is by Aston Martin designers.
As you might guess, one of the most significant areas of this Aston Martin house is garage. Garage is as magnificent as house, it includes a wine cellar, office and a lounge. Cellar with cross-hatched lattice design completes the harmony between garage and lounge.
This luxury house has a lounge with an office and bar, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen is that informed by a monolithic island and private dining table fitted with Miele appliances, wine cellar, two 873 SF pool, sauna, three guest house “pods”; also it provides self-sufficent luxury-privacy with its agricultural garden. It is planned that house will completed towards end of the 2021; obviosuly, it will be one of most special designed house of Hudson Valley. Price of the house is $7.7 million .
