From “Exit” to “Scenes from A Marriage”, here are best BluTV series.
The worst part about finishing a TV series that loved one is the time we spend trying to find another series that tastes the same. BluTV, which is quiet and profound with over 10 thousand hours of content across platforms, may not be the first option that comes to our mind when we pick up the remote control. But it started broadcasting in 2016 and was published by Warner Bros. The recently published content of BluTV, which offers a great range of content after its acquisition by Discovery, is definitely worth taking a look at. Now, “So, what are we watching tonight?” Let us save you some of the trouble of searching for a new series with a few TV series suggestions that answer the question very well and have IMDB scores above 8.
Exit (2019) / 8
“Exit” is a striking series that tells the real life story of four Norwegian stockbrokers. If you were earning millions of dollars from the stock market in one of the countries with the best living conditions in the world, where would you spend this money? From each other to luxury cars, women, orgies… And then what? How far do you push the limits to achieve pleasure after reaching the peak of your life? The stories of four close friends are told with a beautiful fiction. In Exit, the story doesn’t just end there.
At one point, the series deals with the struggle of a female character who has been constantly manipulated by her husband, who lost her baby because of all this chaos, and who you think will never be able to speak out, and the series turns towards what a woman can do if she wants. This is where the flavor of the story begins. Things happen that you wouldn’t believe. It is a very entertaining series that fully deserves its 8.2 score on IMDB. It is guaranteed to watch all 4 seasons breathlessly. (Of course, don’t watch it as a family.)

Sharp Objects (2018) / 8.8
Although there are no major advertising campaigns and promotions about it, “Sharp Objects” is another of the most successful series on BluTV. In the HBO series, adapted from Gillian Flynn’s novel published in 2006, Amy Adams stars and is among the producers. The series begins with a journalist named Camille, who has experienced severe trauma and alcoholism, going to her hometown to investigate mysterious murders. And at the end of the story, unimaginable things emerge.
The devotion of siblings to each other, mother and child relationships, the feeling of strangeness and exclusion, and the love coming from people you least expect are among the notable features of this series. Patricia Clarkson, who made a name for herself with her amazing performance in “American Horror Story”, also takes the series away. Let’s say that the series has a gloomy and slow-moving structure. And let’s note that if you are in a period where you are not feeling very well, do not watch it.
